Frozen cherries! My absolute favorite healthy snack during the summer months. I eat it during the day, if I get too hot, or often at night while watching a movie, instead of popcorn. It’s delicious, ice cold, perfectly snackable (is that a word?) and cherries have all kinds of health benefits. They are also a natural source of Melatonin, so perfect for night time snacking!
Compliment it with a carbonated water over ice and a few drops of stevia. A perfectly healthy and refreshing summertime snack!
